Graham did a great job. Very professional and went over everything in regard to the service call and reviewed any problems he saw. I appreciated the call letting me know the approximate time Graham would arrive (and that was exactly when he arrived) and the follow up call after Graham left to make sure everything went well. Recommendation. My husband is a Vietnam veteran and it would be nice if Kelly would considered offering a military discount.

As always, GREAT SERVICE! Cody H. was my technician today and he was professional and also very personable. Cody H. performed regularly scheduled maintenance on my heating system. After conferring with him about the benefits of an iOT thermostat, he told me about a great value Jerry Kelly was currently offering. I had Cody H. install it in mere minutes and I was "up-and-running." Now I can control my climate when I'm not even at home. Jerry Kelly always provides me excellent service!
